Terms and Warranty

We warrant that products manufactured by EZ Racer will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of delivery.

During this warranty period, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace any product determined to be defective due to manufacturing or assembly defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, abuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, normal wear and tear, or use outside the product’s intended purpose.

Components and products not manufactured directly by EZ Racer, including but not limited to speakers, Bluetooth receivers, amplifiers, wiring accessories, and other third-party components, are subject solely to the original manufacturer’s warranty, if any. Warranty information for these components may be included with the product packaging or stereo kit documentation.

Except as expressly stated above, all products are provided without any other express or implied warranties, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

EZ Racer shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.
